Set Up Boxes or Custom Rigid Chipboard Boxes are typically made from 50PT Chip. Set Up Boxes have enormous structural integrity and have an ease for fast loading. These are strictly a custom box made to order to fit your product exactly and deliver the highest quality packaging option available. Set Up Boxes are most commonly used for high end skin care, cosmetics, specialty foods, jewelry and game sets.

 

Set-up boxes, much like other custom chipboard boxes can be made more enviromentally friendly by making them with recycled chipboard and printing with soy based inks. The other option is to do what we call a "gang-run" - where we group together multiple projects and run them at the same time. This saves the customer on materials and time, and it saves the environment by not having to run the printer twice thus saving energy. We can do this with lots of styles of boxes, set-up boxes are just one example. The other way, is to not have any printing on the base of the box, saving the energy of the printing machine by not printing both sides and saving you money.
