Custom Crates

Wooden crates, made from wood are used for a variety of applications. When combined with proper interior bracing, crates make a safe way to get heavy and/or valuable equipment moved around the world. Wooden crates prevent damage caused by impacts and also eliminate stress caused by stacking of heavier items onto the crate. We always suggest the proper use of foam to add to the interior of the crate to absorb the impacts from dropping or bumping that will  dampen the G-force directly to the unit being shipped.
Plastic crates (i.e. plastic corrugated crates) can also be made to substitute for corrugated crating / crates to provide greater protection from fork lifts and falling packages. We employ the resources of the leading custom wood crate and custom plastic crate manufacturers to help ensure your product is packaged properly in crates. Custom Cases
These custom cases can be ordered in a variety of sizes, but maybe ordered custom made as well. They are an excellent choice for use in packaging delicate equipment that will have to withstand rough conditions including short duration exposure to the weather. Materials include: Plastic polystyrene cases, custom wood cases, polypropylene nylon cases, custom leather cases, lightweight impact resistant NK-7 resin, and tough and durable HPX resin. They can also be custom screen printed for customization and are available in any number of custom sizes, shapes, and styles.
