HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) is a rigid, tough, and strong resin.  It has a very poor clarity and has a natural milky color.  HDPE has very good stress crack resistance.  Also, it carries a good impact strength and is difficult to melt.  HDPE is commonly used in personal care packaging, chemical packaging, and food packaging.  It also lends itself very well to blow molding.
