Problem:A customer places a parts kit with installation instruction in their packaging. This meant maintaining 10 separate parts including screws, nuts, washers, tape, templates, two corrugated boxes, and commercial printed materials. They also had the assembly outsourced and were having issues with delivery and shortages.

Solution: We provided a fulfillment service that delivers a final kit to the customer. We purchase all the components for the customer and assemble the parts into a bag.

Benefits to the customer: We were able to reduce the amount of items from ten part numbers down to one part number.  The purchasing throughout was simplified down to one vendor.
