Ever wonder how the product on the shelf made it there? Well, here is your answer! Once the product is developed the packaging can be created and produced (that's where we come in). Once you are satisfied with your product package the items are placed in the box, bag, tube, etc. and then placed into a master shipper (usually an RSC). The master shippers could also have your logo or a design on them for extra marketing and brand recognition. After they are all settled into the RSC they are placed on a pallet. To ensure stability on the pallet the boxes are often shrink wrapped or tied down. From here they are placed on a truck and shipped to the proper address indicated on the packing slip. After they arrive at the stores they are placed on a designated shelf and sold to the customer. Here at Peek Packaging we try to make this process as smooth as possible, so please feel free to contact us for any further assistance at (760) GET-A-BOX. Please see the diagram below for a visual example of the shipping process!
